Review showrooms, CG renders and the payment plan, then choose a property sold directly by the developer.

STEP 02

Reserve (EOI) & Booking Deposit

Reserve the unit with an EOI / booking form and secure it with a booking deposit (typically 5–10%).

STEP 03

Sign the SPA & DLD Registration (Oqood)

Sign the Sales & Purchase Agreement (SPA) with the developer and register it with the Dubai Land Department (Oqood).

STEP 04

Pay Along the Payment Plan

Pay in installments according to the payment plan as construction progresses.

STEP 05

Completion & Handover

When the project is completed you carry out a snagging inspection and receive handover of the unit.

A. Yes. Dubai has many freehold areas where foreigners can own 100% of a property and freely buy, sell and register it. Other emirates such as Abu Dhabi also have growing foreign-ownership areas. We will show you the eligible areas and properties.
