The Dubai Mall, Dubai Hills Mall, the soon-to-open Dubai Expo Mall — and Dubai Square, now under construction. We work in partnership with the retail leasing team at Emaar, the developer and operator behind Dubai’s best-known shopping destinations, to place retail and food & beverage brands. From checking available units to negotiating terms, signing, and setting up your UAE company and visas, our Dubai-based team handles it on the ground.

Dubai’s best malls run close to full, and good units often move before they are ever advertised. We are partnered with Emaar’s retail leasing division and deal directly with the teams responsible for each type of space. Tell us about your brand and we will find out which units fit — and on what terms.

Dubai’s flagship mall at the foot of Burj Khalifa, drawing tourists and residents alike — the address that makes a brand visible in the city. In June 2024 Emaar announced an expansion adding around 240 retail and dining units.
Opened in 2022 inside the Dubai Hills Estate community. Family- and resident-led, with the repeat, everyday visits that suit convenience-driven formats.
Emaar’s new mall near Expo City Dubai, within its Emaar South masterplan, in an area where new homes are being delivered. Pre-leasing has opened ahead of launch — now is the time to discuss units for opening day.
A major new retail destination being built at the centre of Dubai Creek Harbour. The tenant mix is not yet set — a rare chance to register interest before the leasing campaign opens.
Dubai Marina Mall, Souk Al Bahar, Gold & Diamond Park and more — each with a different catchment. We can also look at retail space inside Emaar’s residential communities.
Figures from Emaar published materials (July 2018, April 2023, June 2024, December 2025). Availability and terms change over time; every tenancy is subject to the landlord’s (Emaar’s) approval.
Space in Dubai’s top malls rarely sits empty. Timing and early information decide which unit you get and on what terms.

Dubai Expo Mall is close to opening and pre-leasing is under way. Dubai Square is under construction at the centre of Dubai Creek Harbour (Emaar confirmed a build programme of around three years in December 2025) and its tenant mix is not set. The run-up to a new mall’s opening is one of the few moments when a well-placed unit is genuinely up for negotiation.
This is the information Emaar looks at when we introduce a brand. You don’t need all of it to start — we’ll help fill the gaps.
Shop units and offices in busy districts behave differently from residential property. Alongside tenant representation, we advise investors who want to own commercial property in Dubai.
Shops in community retail centres and ground-floor units in mixed-use towers. Tenants usually fund their own fit-out, and leases tend to run longer than residential ones.
Office units in Business Bay, JLT, Downtown and other business districts — bought unit by unit rather than by the floor, in a city that keeps attracting new companies.
For larger budgets, whole commercial or mixed-use buildings, reviewed against their actual rent roll and tenant mix.
